A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product / services related information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. Further, CSR will also responsible for handling all financial queries along with the cash handling with respect to billing and hardware/equipment etc.
- Monitor and ensure that targets/KPI’s are met to secure the set goals.
- Direct customer handling related to billing, complaint, product information, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- To ensure the smooth /quality customer handling
- Ensure complete understanding of Customer Services Processes, Policies, Code of Conduct & strict adherence.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and other reports related to work.
- Upselling GPON product range to every walk-in customer
Work Experience and Education Required
- Proven experience at the front end on a similar position in the same industry [GPON/DSL/Wimax/HTTF/GSM]- Minimum 1 year
- Experience in customer service is must.
- Solid understanding of reporting procedures
- Proficient in MS Office specially Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn more.
- Master Degree holder [Preferable], Bachelor Degree holder
