JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for execution of sales activities at tactical level in an assigned area/channel for both direct and indirect channels to ensure that assigned sale targets are achieved.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for management of sales teams to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Manage retail/channel footprint effectively, ensuring standards of representation are achieved and maintained, and ultimately sales targets are met
  • Ensure marketing and branding presence requirements are executed, maintained and up to approved TES standards in line with given KPIs
  • For given region and it’s subset areas, define required points of sale presence, visit plans and required resources
  • Manage field distribution/sales teams to ensure execution of prescribed call route/visit plans and ultimately achievement of sales targets for both regular and SME customers
  • Ensure availability of Marketing Collaterals & dissemination of Product Communication at the Stores
  • Daily productivity tracking by employee and chart month to date progress
  • Provide reports on KPIs to Manager
  • Run daily/regular meetings to cover previous productivity and or operational matters
  • Team management and development

REQUIRED SKILLS:

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors (4 years) or master’s Degree
  • Min 5-7 years supervisory/management level sales experience preferably in Teleco environment with Proven background in meeting/exceeding targets
