It usually takes 4 working days to deploy a connection. However, our teams try hard to facilitate the customers as quickly as possible.
The installation charges for internet services are Rs. 2,500 + Tax
You can change/reset the password by following the below steps:
- Go to My Transworld App or visit: https://customer.transworld-home.com/login.php
- Enter your customer ID.
- Click on forgot password?
- Fill in the required information and click proceed.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered email ID.
- Click ‘Set Password’.
Your password will be reset/changed.
Transworld’s billing is prepaid, i.e., you pay in advance for the services.
You can pay your Transworld bill by using one of the following channels:

You can restore your connection for FREE for 24 hours by following these steps:
- Login My Transworld App & restore your connection temporarily. OR
- Call 1837
- Select your desired language option.
- Enter your customer ID.
- Press 3 for account restoration.
- Your services will be restored for 24 hours!
- Pay your bill to fully restore your internet services.
You can download your bills as follows:
- My Transworld App: Go to My Bills > Download Current Month’s invoice > Receive via Email > Invoice will be sent to your registered Email ID
- Self-Care Portal: Go to My Bills > Action > Download
- You can download the last 3 months’ bill through the Self-Care Space/My Transworld App.
You can download your tax certificate through our Self-Care Portal/My Transworld App.
- My Transworld App: Go to My Tax Certificate > Receive via Email > Tax certificate will be sent to your registered Email ID
- Self-Care Portal: Go to My Tax Certificate > Select Tax Year >Submit
Yes, you can freeze your connection for up to 60 days. To activate temporary suspension, follow the steps:
- Email suspension request from registered email ID to [email protected]
- Or call us at 1837.
- Please note that clearing your outstanding bills for temporary blockage of services is mandatory.
- Monthly service blockage fee is Rs. 250 + Tax.
To change your account ownership, follow these steps:
- Send a change of ownership request from your registered email ID to [email protected].
- For corporate customers, a declaration of change in ownership on company letterhead with authorized signatures and NTN is mandatory.
- The outstanding bill should be cleared in order to process the change request.
You can relocate your connection if your relocation address falls in our coverage area. To initiate the relocation request, follow the steps:
- Login My Transworld App: Navigate to Service Request > Add Details > Submit to request relocation.
