JOB SUMMARY:

To carry out day to day administrative tasks..

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Making roster of shift drivers (Day and Night)
  • Timely repair and maintain company vehicles
  • Fueling of company vehicles
  • Inspection of company vehicles on daily basis
  • Checking log books of company vehicles
  • Keep record of time in and out of shift drivers
  • Support AM admin for daily routine tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Fleet management with good command on MS Excel and MS Word

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • At least 1 to 2 Years of Relevant Experience
