JOB SUMMARY:

This role will be responsible for managing the Treasury function. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: cash/liquidity management, forecasting and reporting; debt management and compliance; foreign currency exposure management; Treasury controls, processes and procedures

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

• Establishes and maintains relationships with regulatory, credit, and banking organizations
• Assist in developing investment strategies to secure assets and improve returns
• Handle receipt, disbursement, banking, protection and custody of funds
• Develop cash flow forecasting and managing liquidity
• Assists in managing all debt, including covenant compliance, and all loan related payments
• Maintains controls and processes for online banking and serve as administrator
• Monitors banking fees to ensure that they are appropriate for the services received.
• Support all aspect of the bank reporting & relationship including customer payment channel, imports and international payments
• Periodic treasury and liquidity reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience of Treasury, Cash management, bank relationships

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• ACA, ACMA, MBA Finance
• At least 10 years preferably in Telecom sector
