Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and information across the business, leading to suitable marketing strategy and overall business performance enhancement


  • Analyze brand position and deliver targeted consumers insights
  • Take brand ownership and provide the overall vision and roadmap
  • Translate overall brand strategy into actionable go-to market plan
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Drive external agencies incl. Advertising & Digital agencies
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities
  • Oversee marketing activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
  • Align brand and re-position as per changing market dynamics
  • Responsible for managing end to end marketing initiatives leveraging all vehicles incl. BTL, ATL, CEM (customer education material) and other marketing collateral
  • Enforce brand guidelines across all customer touch-points to ensure omni-channel experience


  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Understanding of NPS (net promoter score)


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field.
  • At least 10 years’ experience preferably in telecom sector
