To provide connectivity to the customers as per quality standards within agreed timeline. Make sure of quality experience to end users for after sales services and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Lead a team of Supervisors and technicians to complete customer services
  • Short-list, hire and train field staff (supervisors, technicians, helpers etc.) for smooth operations of the ISP Installations
  • Supervise day to day tasks of ISP teams
  • Audit quality of their work
  • Liaison with customer for any implementation related issues
  • Making sure that ISP Installations are done as per the standards and within the target timeline
  • Work with Manager Operations to improve on SOPs
  • Suggest and conduct training to improve skills of his teams
  • Meeting schedule and deadlines set by the management, preparing and submitting daily weekly and monthly reports regarding progress and any gaps


  • In Depth knowledge of OSP and ISP standards
  • Detailed knowledge of Fiber optic technology, FTTH and GPON standards
  • Experience of Underground and overhead installations of FOC
  • Detailed knowledge of structures cabling
  • In depth knowledge of Fiber optic splicing machines and their maintenance
  • Knowledge about fiber testing techniques and tools
  • Presentation and communication Skills
  • Training Skills
  • Writing technical documents like user manuals and training manuals
  • Expertise in MS Excel, using formulas, pivot tables and other features
  • Team building and team management skills


  • Minimum of Sixteen Years of formal education and Bachelors in Engineering Discipline (Telecom/Electrical/Computers) (Can be relaxed for additional experience or extra ordinary profile in the same field)
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with a Telecom/Internet Service provider with hands on experience with the required technologies/equipment. At least 1-2 years of experience of working as a team lead or manager
